Before working in Financial Services, I didn't realise how much organisation, attention to detail, and administration is involved in supporting clients. Structures and processes are so important to a smooth, efficient advice process and I’d never really given it much thought before.

I would bring my Kindle and unlimited internet so I would never run out of books. 

I’d choose the ability to speak to animals, so I could finally have a proper conversation with my cat, Blossom. I’d love to know what she’s thinking, why she does the things she does, and whether she’s as fond of me as I am of her. I think it would make life a lot more interesting and probably quite entertaining too.
