Whilst working in my previous job, the role was created, and I just started to do it! I love getting to know my customers and building that relationship with them so that I can help them purchase their dream home… but also, importantly, stay in it if the worst should happen. Job satisfaction is what keeps me going and knowing that I have done the best I can for my clients and their families.

People in general. I love getting to know my customers and understanding their mortgage and financial needs and circumstances. I have met some of the most warm and friendly people in my time as an adviser and it never ceases to amaze me how much pleasure and satisfaction, I can get from helping and advising our clients.

Yes, but my husband says the caring and friendly part is to others and not him!!!!

My box of photos so that I would always be able to look at my family and friends. And a solar powered mobile (once they invent one) so that I can keep in touch with everyone and listen to music.

Not sure if this is a superpower but I would love to have a photographic memory so that I could just remember everything in my head rather than having to write things down and refer to back to a list all of the time. Just always remembering would be brilliant for me.
