Facebook Competitions Terms and Conditions

Competition entry details are published on the promoter’s Facebook post.
Each competition will run for a specified period. Please see the competition post for details of start and end times and dates.
Only one entry per person will be considered.
Competition entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Entries must be submitted in the manner specified on the competition post.

There will only be one winner per competition.
The winner will receive the prize as described on the Facebook post.
The prize is subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
No cash alternatives will be offered, and the prize is not transferable.
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received, provided the correct entry requirements have been fulfilled.
The winner will be notified via a post on the promoter’s Facebook page and may also be contacted via direct message.

If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of being announced, a replacement winner may be chosen.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.

Personal information submitted as part of the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying the winner.
Personal information will not be used for any other marketing purpose once the competition ends unless explicit consent is obtained from the entrant.
The promoter will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to refuse an entry at the promoter’s own discretion.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury which might occur to the winner resulting from their acceptance of the prize.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entrants agree to release Facebook from any liability associated with this competition.
